How does it take 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation when you have an appointment. Will not be back for any kind of warranty work.

Had a topper put on, there is a screw that is loose and does not fit, the hole is stripped, was not replaced Waited over a month for parts to repair, a sensor, when I got the truck back it was filthy and the fuel tank was empty, I know I did not bring it in empty I do appreciate the loaner vehicles

Dropped the vehicle off and was told it could be 2-3 days before they could get to it. Not really an appointment when there is that type of delay. Jenn Perez was great, but the first time I had an appointment for 1:00 pm for this service, I was told it would be at least 2 hours before they even had time to look at my vehicle. This was a warranty issue. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait that long? I don't live or work in Columbia, so I was going to have to just sit there and wait. I ended up not leaving it and rescheduled when my daughter could drop it off and leave while she was at work. I don't think this was Jenn's fault and she was very apologetic and helpful in getting my vehicle rescheduled.

When in line, once Mike approached me, I knew it was going to be a good day. He got me taken care of, actually quicker than expected. Many thanks to Mike.

I requested the ongoing issue I have been having for 1-2 years of the service instrument cluster warning coming on to be investigated. I was told it would cost $169 to diagnose and if they didn’t find anything, I wouldn’t be charged. I was then called and told the codes were likely indicating a need for a software update. However, the update would cost me $500 and could potentially ruin my entire computer dash system, which then I would be required to pay to replace. This didn’t seem like a necessary risk and after consulting with Tim, they told me it was likely just a “computer glitch” and since I wasn’t having any issues with my car, just to ignore it. I then showed up to pick up my car after the oil change/tire rotation and they charged me $169 to diagnose (even though they didn’t find me a reasonable fix). I told them I was disappointed about the charge and then they had someone eventually remove the charge.

This was hands-down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had — and that’s saying something in an area where pushy sales and so-so deals are pretty common. I reached out online for pricing, and Britton texted me right away. We stopped by that evening to test drive a few options, and he was super helpful and never once pressured us. He found a vehicle that matched what I wanted to build, and we wrapped up the entire visit — test drives, trade-in discussion, and pricing — in under an hour! When that vehicle sold, Britton kept me updated, answered all my (many) questions, and kept searching until he found the exact one I wanted three weeks later. Pick-up day was just as smooth — we inspected the car, signed papers, got a quick tour of the features, and were on our way, again in under an hour. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took an hour and a half. They said I was good to go, but when I drove down the road my right front tire wasn't bolted on. It was loose and could have caused damage to my truck or myself for I was headed to the highway. Disappointed in the service. The only reason I gave you 2 stars is because the service member at the check in counter had great customer service and did his best to "make it right."

I understood that my monthly payment would be $360 and not $452.35 as stated on the contract. Also, I thought I would obtain more than $19,000 for my trade in since prices have increased for used vehicles. Alfonso needs to go much slower in explaining the computer directions on the dash board of the new car.

Everything went well except for the waiting time in your waiting room. We went to the waiting room and there was a very political news show n the tv which we found politically offensive. The tv was was very loud . I went and asked one of the cashiers could they please change the channel, turn the sound down or shut the tv off. There was no one else in the waiting room but my husband and myself. The cashier came and turned the sound down a little bit. We wouldn’t have paid any attention to what was on if the sound was off and close captioning was on. When I have waited for my vehicle before the tv is usually turned to nbc or abc or another non political station. My car was not riding smoothly. Mike Waldrep knew what the problem was, showed me the leaking strut and fixed it for me. He takes great care of my car.

I requested an oil change while the sensor was being replaced. I went to pick up my vehicle, no oil change. They told me it would be about 30 minutes. It was almost 1.5 hr. This is not the first time I've had to wait longer than necessary for an oil change.

Came in for oil change rotation and coolant checkup all booked up but then heard we can get ya in last appointment I was so happy they always go above and beyond for me and we love the service dept !!!

Let's start with Pam Bickhaus. She is always friendly, helpful and professional, and ready to help you get the best deal possible. She continues her friendship past the sale floor and after the sale is complete. I have never met the person she takes the offers to but they to seem to operate in an understanding, professional way. [They probably got tired of Pam coming to them with a counteroffer. :) Next Brian Jeffries is always friendly and professional as well. He takes the time to explain what everything is and the options you have regarding all part of warranties and financing. Next how about Alfonso Hayes. He amazed me by how well he explained the new features of my truck to me. I sat there and thought about how many cars were on the lot both new and used and he knew exactly how to explain all the cool things my truck had on it. As he was going through the different steps of my new truck, he would show me how I had to do something in it compared to my old truck. I had my 2020 HD since it was brand new and I already feel like I know more about my new 2025 HD than I ever knew about my old one. He explained it all to me in a professional way and was very polite. And even though she was not involved in this transaction I can't leave out Jenn Perez in service. She too is always friendly, helpful and professional. I trust that she will see to it that my car and truck are taken care of and the proper service is done in a timely manner. Got my truck in at the exact time of my appointment. They always do a thorough job servicing the complete truck, for example they don't skip the transfer case because it difficult to get to. I have had other shops do that. Then they check over the complete truck, and if anything is developing problem they let me know, they Never rip me off! I think their service dept is great, with knowledgeable Techs, and I will continue to use them, and would recommend them to anyone!

I always use the McCosh service department for any of my service needs. The greeters are friendly and efficient and accurately communicate my needs to the service technicians. I’m driving my seventh new Chevy truck in the past 40 years. I will always trust the McCosh service department.

Found us a new vehicle that we liked and could afford. Took a few hours for the test drives and paperwork and out the door.

Made the wrong diagnosis on the problem. Changed a part that was not affected. Reused old parts despite GM upgrading the new part 2y ago. Problem still exists and they say, “they will look into it”. They charged for the diagnosis, make the wrong one, then bill the warranty company for work that doesn’t fix the problem.

Friendly staff. Always keep you updated on status . Repairs completed on time promised.

Ready and smooth process. We were told it would be a 90 minute wait and we sat in very comfortable chairs while they worked on my car. The waiting area was clean, bathrooms were clean, and the coffee was great!

Love that I can text my salesman Kyle or text Skye with customer service to schedule my appointment...Then day of appointment its easy to just drive in, park, give my keys and get a rental so I can continue on with my day. They take great care of me. I know I could have went to a local dealer instead of driving 1.5 hours away but the service received is worth it.

I was expecting a nightmare trying to get my truck serviced, getting a ride to work without being late, and then getting back to the shop before it closed. I hate not having control, and this is how I feel whenever I have to get my truck serviced. The ordeal was not a nightmare. I still liked it better when dealers offered express service, where I could drive up, get service, and be back on the road in less than 60 minutes. I know it was pre-covid.

My service for an oil change and to check tire sensors and battery took too long. I dropped my vehicle off at 11:00am for a noon appointment and my vehicle was ready at 4:21pm. I waited until 2:00 pm after checking a couple of times. They finally told me they were running behind schedule and my vehicle wouldn't be ready until 4:00.
