I had a seamless buying experience. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, my salesman drove to St Louis to pick me up. I live 10 hours away. I ordered a Yukon XL and was kept informed through the process. The finance guy was also very friendly and helpful. The entire experience was positive, I will highly recommend Bob McCosh for anyone looking for a no-pressure wonderful vehicle buying experience!

My 2017 Camaro - Needed a new battery. The original Battery was beginning to not have the juice it needed to start quickly. Made the appointment, dropped the vehicle off and picked the vehicle up when promised! While there, I had a quick follow-up on a seperate issues with my Truck which was there three days prior. They, without hesitation, ran a check to ensure my other issue was properly fixed.

I scheduled an appointment 10 days out. My vehicle wasn't started for another 90 minutes. I didn't have any plans, but what if I did. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if it will just be overbooked by drop-ins. The ticket-writer, that's what my dad used to call them did a very good job of being up front about the schedule and communicating with me that it would be longer than the 90 minutes. I did get an extra punch on my oil change card for my patience.
