Scheduled an oil change for 3pm. Dropped it off an hour early and requested car back at 430pm. Arrived at 415pm and car was not done until 515pm causing me to be late to pick up my son. I understand that times can not always be guaranteed but this was frustrating nonetheless.

I’m not sure I should.. Hear me out.. It all starts with Jenn Perez. She’s the best service writer I’ve ever worked with. Someone needs to reach out to Inside Columbia and ask them to start a category for ‘Best Of’ that role. She’ll win by a LANDSLIDE. (I know Fred Parry sold it but I’m sure he and Mr. Bob could probably find a way to make that happen!) So, because she is among a team who’s service is so good it’s taking me two weeks to get an oil change. I’ll gladly wait but if I tell too many more people about how good the service is at McCosh I’m afraid I’d have to wait longer. What to do?

The engine light would come on when I had the cruise control on. I informed them of this problem and they said unless the engines lights on there's nothing they can do. That's a bunch of bologna. I need the problem fixed and they didn't fix it. The only time it comes on is when you have the cruise control they need to take the truck out. Put the cruise on and they said I had to bring it in when the engine light was coming up on. It only comes on when you use the cruise. When I'm on the interstate that's impossible the need to do their job and fix the problem

I was in and out of Bob McCosh from May 22 to June 20 to get a diagnosis time, repair time, and all the parts needed at the same time to repair my car. I also had to wait around for a day the mechanic for my car was not involved with racing. This was frustrating. The man who gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car did not use very good language as he visited with his passengers. Seven hours later, when my car repair was complete, he did again used four letter words to carry make his point in out discussion. This was not very polite.
