The tech opened the back window in my truck (why?) and did not close it. I didn’t notice it was open and went through the car wash on the way home. The back seat was inundated with soapy water before I could close it. Also, the oil life indicator was reset to 100% without doing an oil change. Service techs should not make changes to a vehicle that are not related to the service being performed, especially changes that can result in damage to the vehicle.

Car was brought in for warranty work. Estimated to take 1 week total. Car wound up being in the shop for a month. Received no communication about what was going on the entire time the car was in the shop. Multiple issues. Called to check in and told the car was ready for pick up. Came to pick up the vehicle and was told on arrival that it wasn’t ready and that “no one told us it was ready”. I was told to come back in the morning to pick it up. Husband called the dealership later that evening and again was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. When he explained the situation they stated they would look into it and call us back. Never did. Thankfully we were able to find out what body shop the vehicle was at and called ourselves. We were able to actually get an update of what was happening and an estimate on when it would be done. Never received a phone call back from bob mccosh about the vehicle after literally showing up at the dealership to pick it up after being told by your staff that it was ready to be picked up. Let alone an apology or anyone taking a single moment to call and find out what was going on. When I picked up the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy and had been dropped off clean. When I asked about washing I was hastily thrown a coupon for a wash. Customer service and communication was about as awful as it could possibly be from start to finish.

I have been to McCosh numerous times for my place of employment and I have always been treated very well. This time I took my own truck in to get a replacement remote and programing. The young lady that helped me went out of her way to ask me if I had been helped because they were VERY busy at the time. I was made to feel as I was to only one there at the time. The whole experience from drop-off to pickup was top notch!!
