Confirmed Service Customer
I didn't ask an expected time & one wasn't given but over three hours seemed a long time to wait. Everyone there was nice. The lady that checked us in would periodically pop in & tell us the status of my service being done. One suggestion is to either tell people there is a vending machine at the sales waiting room (which I was later told by another customer) or put one in the large waiting room at the service department. That one only had access to water, soda or coffee. There were several people waiting as long or longer than us.
