Went in to see Eric Farr aka Sarge after being recommend to him by one of his other clients. Eric was knowledgeable on all of the vehicles accessories and the best part was he wasn't pushy about us buying a new vehicle right away.
The introduction was great. The oil change service was great. The service closure was bad. After payment the previous four customers had their cars pulled up in bay maybe to avoid cold weather before entering car. After payment my car was parked outside in cold weather.
I had my own bank financing - after making the deal for the truck - I came back with a check in hand - only to stand around in the show room for over an hour waiting to give the check to someone and to do the paper work - my salesman and lady at the front desk both knew I was there - salesman had another customer in his office - looked out at me a few times and went right back to the other customer - I'm just guessing his thought process was that he already had my deal done and he was getting himself another before the days was done - so no need to bother with me anymore - so I left - salesman called me the next morning wanting to know if I was "still" coming - told him I wasn't waisting another 5 minutes in that store - if he wanted he could deliver the truck but I would never be back in the store - my company belongs to 2 different BNI networking groups totaling about 66 local business owners - we meet weekly - guess who we will tell every week about our experience inside your store - luckily for you guys we needed the truck now - if we could ahve waited and another local dealership had one - we would have just went elsewhere - but no body locally had another one. - I expect to repalce 2 more vehicles for our buisness in the next 18 months - i'll just make sure we do our home work long before so they can be ordered if need be from someone else - now I'm going to select the button that says GM can publish my response -- If that ain't laughable - we both know it'll be swept under the rug and won't see the light of day
I always get a good warm welcome when getting my Buick serviced. The service technicians did a great job on the tune up and timing chain replacement, the car runs like new. Please pass that along to all.
