Took truck in for an oil change. Checked the truck in and even did a walk around with the service advisor, all good. Definitely did not get it back in the same condition. After the leaving dealership I noticed a sheen on the truck, after looking further, there was oil smeared on the fenders and front end of the truck and also oil spilled and pooled up inside the engine compartment. I immediately contact the service department, they did not have anyone available to talk with me and the person said someone will be in touch with me. I finally called back the next day and got ahold of a service advisor. The advisor admitted they had made a mistake in letting my truck out with oil on it and said they had a new guy! The new guy tried to wipe it down and cover up his mishap. After awhile the advisor finally apologized for the mistake. He told me to get it washed and send them the bill. How about them coming and getting it and doing that? Nope. I still have concerns of all the oil in the engine compartment. I've spent several dollars so far washing it and still trying to get the oil off. I am just frustrated right now, I take really good care of my vehicles, just ask my sales guy. Guess I am not a FOB(Friend of Bob) anymore.
Had a problem with vehicle dying when giving it gas after stopping on way back from a trip. I was able to speak with a supervisor who had me bring it in when got back that same day and they were able to diagnose it and complete the repair quickly. Was done within 30 minutes from time I entered shop.
My car would not start and I called for a tow and they checked my batter which was extremely low. That was when I decided I needed to go to Bob McCosh. They replaced the battery and I’ve had no further problem.
They gave me my keys and said bye. No one told me where my car was until I asked. Also, I was told that there were no loaner cars for the rest of the week. However when I got there to drop my car off I was offered a loaner car by a different employee, so I feel like I was lied to although Im not sure why.
Had to have my 2006 trailblazer serviced. I had been using independent shops but kept having issues. McCosh was able to get the problem fixed. Jenn Perez and Joe Gamblain(service advisers) were very helpful.
