Confirmed Service Customer
Supposed to start the work at 8 am. It was evident the work hadn’t begun until 11 am while customer sat in lobby. The 2 hour quote turned into 6 hours. To add insult to injury, when checking out, the advisor told me they were kind enough to only charge me for two hours. I suspect it was the hours between 11 and 12, lunch break and 1 and 2?

It was standard, still about 1.5 hours for an oil change which seems to be a little long.
