Purchased my truck from your dealership. Always struggle getting an appointment sometimes waiting 30 days. This time I could not drive my truck, no loaner vehicle, had to waiting 5 days for an appointment. When I went in the day of my appointment I was told a preferred costumer took my spot and they would not get to my truck that day. No discount, not even an attempt to make up for it, just Bob’s rules.
