My 2020 Sierra SLT 6.2 has 49k miles on it. After dealing with starting issues and instrument cluster issues over the last couple months, I had the battery replaced at an out of state dealer while traveling. Helped a lot but still ended up dealing with further issues so scheduled it in with Bob McCosh, my dealership and it was determined that the ECM was at fault and needed replaced. While I do have an extended warranty, it was not needed as GM picked up the tab on the repair 100% as it has been a reported issue. McCosh told me exactly what I was looking at and gave me an exact date for my truck to be done. They nailed it and I couldn't be happier! Jenn Perez was the service advisor I worked with and she was awesome. McCosh has always treated me right.
